By accessing and using the services of Kirtipur Cineplex Pvt. Ltd., customers agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to periodic updates, and it is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
Accuracy of Information
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information during ticket booking or registration.
Ticketing Policy
Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Ticket reservations will automatically deactivate 30 mins prior to the showtime. Customers must collect their tickets at the Box Office before that time.
Entry is strictly allowed only for valid ticket holders.
Age & Admission Restrictions
Children below the age of 16 years are not permitted entry for movies rated ‘A’ (Adult) or as specified by the censor certificate. A valid government-issued ID must be presented as proof of age.
Children above 3 feet in height require a separate ticket.
3D Glasses Policy
For 3D screenings, glasses will be provided by Kirtipur Cineplex.
Customers are responsible for returning the glasses before leaving the premises.
Loss or damage of 3D glasses will incur charges as per Kirtipur Cineplex’s policy.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside the cinema premises.
Conduct & Behavior
Customers under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises.
Any form of unauthorized recording, filming, or photography during screenings is strictly prohibited and may be treated as a punishable offense under applicable law.
Liability
Kirtipur Cineplex management will not be responsible for the theft or loss of personal belongings.
We are not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, power failures, technical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Payment Vendors
Online transactions made through third-party payment gateways are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective vendors.
Kirtipur Cineplex is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from third-party payment systems.
Transaction Failures
In case of failed transactions, refunds (if applicable) may take up to 48 hours after confirmation from the customer or payment vendor.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets purchased online are delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email address and contact details provided.
Kirtipur Cineplex is not responsible for duplicate entries if user credentials are shared with others.
Suspicious Activities
Kirtipur Cineplex reserves the right to suspend accounts, cancel tickets, or deny entry if suspicious or fraudulent activities are detected.
Decisions made by Kirtipur Cineplex management regarding admissions, screenings, refunds, and other matters shall be final and binding.
